Nate Jackson founded Jackson Solution Works to build the tools he wished he'd had on the job. Over more than six years as a general contractor specializing in cabinetmaking, he lived the daily reality of running skilled trade work: quoting jobs, nailing down scope, managing change orders, and keeping customers and crews on the same page — all while the actual craftsmanship happened at the bench and on site.

Cabinetmaking is a discipline where precision is everything. A cabinet either fits or it doesn't; a joint is either square or it isn't. That same standard shapes how Nate thinks about software. The tools available to trade businesses were, in his experience, either too generic to reflect how the work really happens or too bloated to be worth the trouble. He believed contractors deserved software built to the same tolerances as good millwork — accurate, purposeful, and free of anything that gets in the way.

That conviction became ScopeAccord, Jackson Solution Works' flagship product: clear-scope contract drafting that confirms a job's terms before the crew ever shows up. It reflects a lesson Nate learned the hard way in the field — that the most expensive problems on any project start with a fuzzy scope and an unclear contract. As Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Nate sets the direction of the company and remains the domain expert its products are built around.
